Confused by the name of this post? Don't worry - I was too when introduced to B H L D N, Anthropologie's new bridal store with an outpost in Chicago. It's actually pronounced Beholden and I'm still wondering why they cut all the vowels.

A friend and I made the trip to the Anthro bridal shop downtown a few weekends ago and the dresses leave a lot to be desired, at least for me. They aren't what you think of when you imagine "bridal" - and are eclectic with a lot of frills and funny cuts. But, the jewelry collection and gifts are top notch, imaginative and unique.

Right now, B H L D N only has stores in Chicago and Houston but you can always browse online. A few of my favorite items I found are below.
