One of the most memorable parts of a wedding I attended last year, along with the fun people and celebration of a great couple (of course), was one of the passed appetizers. I probably won't do it justice. It was a small piece of candied bacon... and all the boys loved it! So ever since we got engaged, I've been thinking about appetizers for cocktail hour and keep coming back to that bacon. It was easy to eat while talking and mingling, but also very tasty.
