While all of you slave over the hot oven making delightful goodies, I may be pretending to do the same this holiday season.  Don't get me wrong, I do love baking. But it's a process that usually takes more time than I have. With the abundance of high-end mixes now available at places like Williams-Sonoma and Sur La Table, it is now easy to fake the most fab cupcakes and sweets.
